Cattle ???? This was a side that couldnt make room for a fully fit three time magarey medalist.

Yeah I notice that. Was he fit? Not sure we were travelling well enough to leave out a fit Allan.

Talk about putting 2 and 2 together to reach 22.

Out of every 20 coach sackings, there'd be lucky to be one who is permanently replaced (not just caretaker until the end of the year) by someone who already works for the club. Plus if Norwood fails badly in 2016 and beyond, part of the blame would now be on Cotts, as he's part of the coaching team. So taking the new position of Director of Coaching and Development would hardly be a wise gameplan if he's gunning to be the next senior coach of the NFC. He woulda been better staying at the Crows if that were the goal.

And in 2014 Dugga was robotically following Bassett's every move (quite a feat seeing that Bass wasn't in the state), but in 2015 he was entirely his own man in the coach's box... geez.

Norwoods treatment of Jimmy Allan would be news worthy re his "exit" except they didn't sink as low as the NAFC re how he was treated and same applies re Alleway although that firmly lies with that Muppet McGregor. In any case the NAFC will be hard pressed to find another club or example of treating star players with such contempt and disdain. A shameful episode in our mediocre history!

Gets a chance to do it on his own terms and they struggle in the back half of the year.

So, does he have to run his movements/plans past Cotton before implementing them I wonder?

Deep down in places they don't talk about in parties, some Centrals supporters secretly barrack for Norwood. YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH.

Poor recruiting to Norwood in 2015 the cause of their fall to 5th surely.
Someone got it wrong.
Recruiters have to get it right into 2016,
if not we shall see,a very very disappointing season at the parade in 2016 for sure.

I know we all want our teams to win every week, every season but that is almost an impossibility unless you follow Centrals over past decade and even then Centrals lost the odd final or two. Seriously Norwood fans amaze me with their negativity. You actually played finals and were a contender.

You should try following my team and you might not be so greedy and respect your club more. No 1 team can win every game. Take your hands off it and enjoy!

This year was unacceptable. To be sitting top 2-3 for most of the year before caving in towards the end was not good enough. The effort in the final was pathetic. Can handle losing when we are not good enough and beaten by a better side but to simply give up is not acceptable. Recruiters will be working overtime this year, they sat on their hands last off season and thought it was all just going to happen again

Norwood is arguably the best club in the country outside the AFL,
they expect the best results on the field possible, year in year out.
Nothing wrong with that.

Not sure the recruiters weren't instructed to basically sit on their hands. A lot of faith was placed in the kids and fringe players. That should change this time around and there should be some injection of quality (as we're seeing already).

Let's hope not too much panic at the parade into 2016 though.i
Again they have arguably easily the best junior coach David Oatey and junior development structure in local footy.

As JK said, I think the club put too much faith in the squad we had, other clubs lifted a gear and we were exposed.
We have seen already that the recruiters are on the ball early and there will be a fair few changes. Id expect us to be back in the mix this year
