To state the bleeding obvious, Eddy is the type of player South can ill afford to lose. Whilst he couldn't replicate his 2014 form, he often battled against multiple opponents and a game-plan not suited to a key forward, and was still easily our best forward across the season.

If he does walk, which it appears may be the case, I'd assume/hope the club would be approaching Darcy Hourigan about a return. Kicked a lot of goals in the HFL in a premiership year, and is too good for that level.

Apparently met multiple times with Norwood players and officials, but in the end told them he would be staying at Noarlunga.

I got told today Norwood throwing lots at him to get him. I know he has said No to the two Northern clubs and most likely all the others who phoned him.
Piss weak SANFL and the CLOWNS who run it.

We were out of the running a few weeks ago. I'd be surprised if he doesn't re-sign with South.

Jarrod Meers has left West Adelaide for a player welfare role at the Crows.
Shane Pill and Bevan Rowe have also left the club.

gone...Mcleod, Farmer,Boyd,Flagg,Dixon...

couple of recruits in the mix apparently more to be revealed in the next few weeks.
Can reveal that a son of a former Knuckey cup winner will be having a run with us next year. Hes a tall lad and has a cousin who is a very good afl player... :roll: ...I'll let you join the dots... :lol:
