I have loaded up on the two heads today. Nearly 4 decades of SA cricket supporting has prepared me for the inevitable flop. I took them at $2.25. I sincerely hope I have done my dough though. Someone needs to stand up with a 60 or 70 odd not out for us to be a chance.

Yep.. after a while expectations lower - almost when you've been in a relationship a long time, your partner no longer expects all those out of the blue romantic stuff.. and when you do she's stunned and amazed - just like when the Redbacks win.

LOL

We need a total cleanout of these spuds. The only batsmen i would keep is Head and maybe Ross

Far to many players who year after year continue to be spineless when things go wrong.

Cooper and Ferguson included, yes they at times have nice pretty averages (helps playing on the flattest wicket in the universe for half your games) but when have they ever dug us out of one of these collapses.

I honestly cant think of one occasion where we have been say 4/50 and one of these blokes has gone on to hit a fifty or a hundred and get us to a respectable 250.

They just fall to bits like the rest of them.

I reckon Ross and maybe even Zampa are about the only guys who have actually batted us out of trouble in the last few years.

Weak as piss.

Bit harsh, Ferg has to stay in the side, I think Cooper is still bearing the scars of last season's tragedy unfortunately. We all know his capabilities and he's an absolute gem of a bloke, perhaps some time away from the game is needed.

Don't get me wrong Fergs batting has improved drastically in the last year or so but ffs show me a scorecard where one of our experienced batters have stood up when we have been 3/40 odd.

I can't think of an occasion where that has happened and we have gone on to make 250 or more
