I dont have a problem with these guys blowing off some steam in the off-season but to film yourself doing it is absolutely moronic. Even if its fake its moronic

Hawks to come late for Yarran.
Wouldnt be surprised if McCarthy and Tomlinson deals go through.
Could still be some swaps of high picks also

It was pick #11, but I think they might throw in a player of some note late.

Port were keen yesterday but Lobbe said no. Don't think it will go through this year.

From an outsider looking in, what more do you get out of Lobbe than you don't get from Minson?

Not much apart from an extra 7-8 years of footy.

The filters on this site won't allow my actual terms of reference for the bloke. No, Minson is not the player and he would NOT be welcome at Port Adelaide.

In no way did I mean Minson to come to Port, more thinking from a Bulldogs point of view getting Lobbe in and spending pick 11 and a player when you have a former AA ruckman there

Make that former AA Ruckman that spent most of the season in the 2's.

Also Boon's dislike of Minson stems from the Kane Cornes incident a few years back when Minson could actually play....

I think you're missing nothing, but it's less than 24 hours since this surfaced so let's see what unfolds today.

Is there a "cooling off" period in the draft / trade rules?

Bennell was sacked by his club, not punished by the AFL, and he has since been moved on.
I'm not sure where the Saints would sit, they're in the unenviable position of this happening when they've had him on their roster for less than 24 hours.
If my timelines are right, the video was being shopped around before the trade eventuated, so Carlisle was still a Bomber.
As an organisation, it's going to be interesting to see how they handle this, or what they're forced to do. Seems unfair on them that this has landed on their doorstep.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

I do not think there can be with all the potential dominoes involved in some deals.
