Can't understand why the Pies play home games at Etihad against Etihad tenants.

Just another injustice when it comes to Collingwood & the fixture.....

Must admit, this is the easiest fixture we have had in a long time, but understandably so given that we've been in the bottom half for two consecutive years. No excuse for not making finals now.

But, still doesn't explain why our home game against Norf is at Etihad.

Yeh I don’t like it either, I think the AFL should have just tightened up the rules about resting mass players. Having a week of no footy before the finals is a bit of a buzzkill for fans too.

Crows seem to have done well with 3 Thursday/Friday games including 2 at home.

Double up games much tougher this year though, with west coast, freo, north Melbourne, port, and Geelong.

If we make finals again this year it will be a good effort

Reaching the climax* of the season and everyone has the first week of September off? Weird.

I like the Brownlow during grandfinal week, plus that means 8 teams can't get on the sauce instead of 2

Yeah that's true, was just thinking of something that will keep the interest during that week.

I don't mind the idea of having a bye then but I also agree that it will be boring to have a week off

Port get double up games against Adelaide, GWS, Richmond, Melbourne and Brisbane. Thank you AFL. I'll take that.

Home games of St Kilda, Essendon, Geelong, Brisbane, West Coast, Bulldogs, Richmond, Hawthorn, GWS, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Home games :

Sunday twilight ( Urrghh! ) 2 - Brisbane and GWS ( Not great draw cards )
Sunday 1 - St Kilda
Saturday 1- Bulldogs on Queens Birthday Long weekend
Sat night 3 - Adelaide, Melbourne, Geelong
Sat Twilight - West Coast
Fri night 2 - Essendon and Richmond
Thurs night 1 - Hawthorn

Two shit fixtures with Brisbane and GWS Sunday twilight, but that's the trade off for Essendon and Richmond on Friday night at home and Hawthorn on a Thursday in the split rounds.

Play Hawthorn, West Coast at home. Don't play Sydney until round 20, Gold Coast until round 23.

Kissed on the dick. Should make a strong case for minor premiers with that draw.

Pretty happy with the swans draw for once. Only one trip to Adelaide and Perth, which rare. Usually have to go to at least one of them twice or sometimes both...

If you can't finish top 4 with that draw and your talent, something is very wrong at Alberton

Love the Cats draw. Easiest run we've had in years. Get the horribles out of the way in round one and no trip to Freo on the back of that match like this year. Don't play the Roos or Richmond until late and get double ups against Brisbane and Essendon.

Yep the Cats have a great draw plus I’ll get to see them play here twice. If we cant make the finals with a draw like that, we have big problems

That does look like a very tough draw to start with. 6 of the top 8 along with 9th and 10th from 2015.
