Question is - when Fitzroy return to PDCA, will Dr Phil return... or is he happy in his new home at Salisbury West?

"He was extracting the urine LM - besides Fitzroy have already been excepted into PDCA, been playing past couple season in the one day comp, have just removed their side this season due to lack of numbers."[/quote]
"Time will tell who is extracting the urine. As a past committee member, captain, coach, multliple wicket taker i can tell you the question of which competition to play in came up every year. If i was a betting man i'd have money on Fitzroy ending up in Para sooner or later."

LM is correct in that Fitzroy would have to apply and be accepted by the PDCA clubs as they have broken their membership of the PDCA this season by not fielding any senior sides. Although once accepted you you think that they would be accepted again.

Yes

Is that all A grade games? Would think Fitzroy v Vista is umpire worthy on past histories.

There would be no issue with acceptance, they are probably on the cusp of how far south clubs would like to travel to though.
You'd think their A's would slip into Grade 2.

Agreed a pretty young team and a pretty new bunch of players building the core of a new side. Have lost a few hundred games experience over the last year year or two. Probs only 3 players left from div 1 premiership 2 years ago. Will rise again.

It seems getting a double ton doesn't get you a write up in the paper yet taking 3 wickets does!

8 overs 7 maidens 3 for 1 ain't too bad pal ;)

But yes Pete Atkins for NEK double ton a reasonable day out in a 40 over match. He hit 17 X sixes in one innings (that's more than I've done in my life!) and gave only one chance

Fortunately for us his he didn't get going Saturday
