Any thoughts on Pods named as Defensive Coach? Hate to say it, but reeks like a case of who is left to fill the role...

Hard to know without actually being in the inner sanctum. From all reports has a great repport with the playing group and did a lot of work with SANFL guys last year. Has a strength and conditioning background also which can only help. Time will tell.

That was what people were saying. He was already going to work part time at the club next year as well as running his leadership business so it's not a total shock I guess.

dare say the crows may be across all this and be comfotable he would be able to do the job.

Don't worry these blokes were obviously on the interview panel, weighed up the pros and cons and decided his private business hours, which I assume they must know in detail, is too much to allow him to work at the crows, the specifics of the contract I am assuming they know in detail of course
