Breaking news - Tom Martin has just stood down as PAOC coach for work reasons. It will be very interesting to see if they can find a suitable coach heading into D1 at this late stage.

At this late stage it's November.

I don't think they will have too much trouble at all. I could list ten candidates in ten seconds. It's fair to say it would be generous remuneration for the position also.

It is as far as pre-season and season planning goes (and everyone else having their coaches appointed)

Fairly sure that (at least of the upper grade colleges) SHOC are the last where it's still frowned upon (or at least not owned up to).
