Had a bad fall and is ill...

I'm guessing you don't want to elaborate so I'm not going to push, but that synopsis includes some unpromising possibilities BP.

ok it happened to me lol I have PTA thanks to what happened
in other words i have no idea
ive been told i went to a work function in a taxi by my kids .
At the work function i was sat beside two bosses lucky me hey
before they served food ive been told i went off to the toilet .
Now im told the door not sure which one hit me in the right side of my face somehow i hit the floor which hit the right side of the back of my head
im told and im still paying for an ambulance ride from the convention centre to royal adelaide
my kids told me my head was covered in blood
I recall nothing of this or the royal adelaide until day 11
Rehab was boring as i had so many different therapy sessions me there i was far better than some
but my kids said by week two i was better
Still having head spins every day
the cheek pain has gone
right ear aint correct
And all i hear from work come back come back

Hampsteads good mate, looked after my old man really well there unlike most other places including one at Semaphore which decided to experiment on him with some drugs and send him temporarily loopy.

Yeah I think wedgie I was bored I'd do everything I was told
Boring to me
But I'm going back daily now
Don't worry hampstead and I were having discussions
1 about me taking my meds at their time was wrong
2 they demanded I bring in my diabetes kit I did then we had issues cause I've been trained to check m BSL levels 3 times a day
They said no only once
3 I had issues with food yes I've been told I basically didn't eat in Adelaide . In rehab I kept asking for a dietitian to monitor my food
I had a heated talk with their dietitan her retort your not referred bad luck . I asked doctors twice second time I was discharged .
4 my weight as you all know I was 127 kilos ended up at my own dietitian was costing me 50 bucks a visit before the injury at rehab the doctors and nurses went off I was 88 kilos they got heated I had to gain weight I said no my joke let me loose another 30 kilos didn't go down well .

So yeah I had some fun lol

I'm no expert but reading between the lines, if you're receiving harassing phone calls from your place of employment (when clearly you aren't in any shape to contemplate returning to work yet) then I'd be seeking some sort of legal representation to firstly write them a stern letter saying "back off".

Ok yep I'm still not fit enough for work
Had an ENT specialist appointment Friday
Yeah a few issues like Mondays specialist next appointment is in March
And like Monday need another scan
At this stage I may have either one or more broken bone behind my right ear or the bones are cracked
Won't be certain until the next scan
But the ENT specialist is certain I have a fluid bubble behind the ear drum .
What a fall that was or head knock
And my diabetes played up was normal before 12 noon had lunch in town I was sweating like a horse at the RAH
Seems I was not hot but clammy cold
Nurses made me eat sugar biscuits chocolate and two sugar drinks ( I'd drink water and Pepsi max before)
My BP dropped dangerously low
Thought here I go in again
Nope gotta see my GP today Te that .
Oh and one of my friends is a nurse over the border when I told her she thinks bubble cracked or broken bones surgeon will go in .
Funny how do I go back to work yet
Cause I'm still getting had spins
Lol bad luck Micky

Just wish to say I'm still getting head spins and when I was over stressed
So bad head pain like spikes of pain going in
Also after that I had that night or the next day an ear bleed
Just in case anyone is thinking I'm lying
I get so light headed when I go out to shop yesterday I had to sit down and have a drink rest before I was driven home
How I'm supposed to do manual labor I have no idea

Just a quick update last week injury wise was crap went to the ED on Wednesday should've gone Tuesday bit I soldier on.
No idea why I put up with it going in was kind of funny
I kept saying serve pain in my head and issues with my right ear due to my head injury in October
Was told
1 headache
2 migraine
3 gastro
I kept saying no I was hit in most joints with those little hammers and my stomach was poked.
Then I was sat up and pulled down my head turned right and the eyes were rolling on their own ,
So they then got the catscan ( I was sent for one about an hour after I got there )
Results back
No more damage no bleeding but you do have Fractures from your accident and air bubbles behind your ear drum and in your sinus cavity
Doctor walked away male nurse shock my hand then dragged me out of bed put me in a chair your going home I had no idea .
I had to wait for the doc gave me pain script and my next ENT appointment has been moved forward goodbye
So I've gone from Panamax that works for an hour to endone that worked for 1 1/2 hours to 2 and made me sick interesting visit .

Oh and those asking me to see a person whose job Starts with L seen once had to wait until Jan 1 to see if insurer had contacted me they said by Xmas day . Answer no funny that
Wages lowest wage I've earned last week 79 cents in super
