LOL. Can still remember his 140 km quicker ball he bowled in the Big Bash last year.

Still can't believe he made his test debut in 2000! Is there both a bigger flog and waste of talent currently playing test cricket?

He could be like those other flogs from the West Indies that choose not play for their country and think they are superstars because they face 10 balls and bowl 20 deliveries twice a week.

Great news here, Khawaja will replace Shaun Marsh in the second test. The right selection move has been made!

Mitch is a decent bowler, is in the side as an all rounder but he needs to start putting runs on the board

If he doesn't make a score over 50 soon his position in the side must come under serious security.

Completely agree, S Marsh was very lucky to initially get a gig but after making 182 it's not the time to cut him. Mitch had to go for mine. Looks like he has been selected in case a bowler gets injured, that's the nuts and guts of it.

With the bat Mitch looks like he is capable of going the dash for quick runs and that seems the extent of his bag of tricksy with willow in hand.

Footnote ; now that we have come out with these statements Carey you can bet the house he is going to peel off a career defining century

CA would be sobbing in their weetbix. As if the lack of opposition was not a big enough deterrent this weather is going to potentially halve the attendance.

I'm predicting the lowest Boxing Day attendance in a long long time. Closer to 30-40K than 70-80K

In even more devastating news the ladies are suggesting we head out if it's raining. I need this shit weather to clearing a hurry.

Prediction number 2 ; Regardless of who wins the toss Australia will be batting today.

Yep as predicted. Windies win the toss and will have a bowl.

In other news, I'm not going shopping ;)

I,ll stick my neck on the line with today's exact prediction

6/276 for the day.
Warner 114
Burns 6
Uzi 25
Smith 42
Voges 50
MMarsh 1
Neville 20*
Siddle 2*

Extras 16

Roach and Taylor 2 wickets each and Braithwaite and Holder 1

Let's hope its 0/400 but I think the Windies have to show something today....surely
