I fail to see any relevance in results 52 years ago.
Nostalgic maybe, but it would mean SFA to current players, managers & the majority of supporters.

Huh?
I saw this on a facebook page and thought some would like to see it ?

Didnt you get what you wanted for Christmas mate. Calm down.........

Why? probably because those years didn't produce 81 goals. where did it mention that it had any relevance to the modem day players? It's a pretty remarkable round of football and one we'd probably never see again.

My maths ain't that great but I count 71 goals including Arsenal's 4-1 win not 81....
And the reason I questioned it's relevance was that it is posted in the EPL Season 2015/2016 thread.

Sorry, i should have made a 1963 Div one thread and posted it in there.
Did you forget the EPL use to be "DIV 1" ?

Again, seems one has sand in something ? Maybe they didnt get what they wanted for christmas

wonder goal from southampton has them 1-0 at half time

hope we can come back. We look laboured and slow . No clear chances really as yet. Think that wonder goal might keep the score line as is till the end

Why do we always struggle to win the games that could put us in to spot?

That has a bit to do with it but the players also show no spirit or pride out there. Even if you are shit you can still have a red hot dip but it's almost like they are not trying at times. Will be a huge clean out at seasons end.
