With that attitude these clubs will never succeed. I know it isn't easy but have a long term plan and stick to it, starting with Saturday juniors i'd suggest.

No attitude here, just my observations.

Although I'm no longer affiliated with the club, I do know Marion have a very strong numbers to its Sunday minis. The U/14 Sunday side made the GF last year. If that can translate to success in the future who knows.

I can see they are trying and they do have a long term plan, but to date it has not been successful.

Saturday juniors is the obvious place to start, I couldn't agree more. Getting numbers to play though is tough, with many other clubs in the area having large numbers for junior footy.

My opinion is only on the outside looking in, I could be completely wrong, but from my exposure its only a case of stronger clubs getting stronger (and kudos to them, I can't take away how well they operate as clubs) and the weaker clubs getting weaker, for whatever reason.
