The Mrs and I went kayaking around Garden Island today.

Had heaps of fun, and saw some cool stuff. A few shipwrecks scattered around, and the animal life is pretty interesting.

Next time we'll go a bit earlier in the day to try to get a squiz of some dolphins.

How many kayaks have you got mate? We've got two and Mrs and little Miss Boon often go down there on a Sunday morning for a paddle around.

Great way to start the day. Then hit the Torrens Island markets for some fresh produce and a dog roll.

None.

We hired them from Adventure Kayaking, but we've been talking about getting one each for a long time.

We've spent a shitload of money lately on gridiron, a car, a holiday....so when we catch up, I think kayaks will be the next big purchase.

Very authentic dog rolls down there. ;)

Enrolled in the Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice degree through Griffith University on Open University's website.

Chose part time study to coincide with my full time job and pretty much full time sporting career.

Should take me about 6 years. See how we go, hey.

Well done. You know what they say - "bite off more than you can chew, and then chew like buggery." Life's too short to sit around scratching your arse.
