He has fragments of bone floating around in his foot, he is in a moon boot for a few weeks which is obviously going to affect work also.
I saw his ankle Saturday and it didn't look good. Given he has a recent history of injuries, and the impact on work etc. think his interest and willingness to keep coming back has run out. He will play at least one game this year though - a "farewell" game if you like at home in his brothers number.. it's the reason he came to Ingle Farm was the chance to play in his brothers number for the club he loved..
