Interesting BC has left few A graders who were late to come out to preseason training in the B grade again this week. Instead rewarding B grade and 18s preseason efforts. Setting a tone may cost a game but long term goal beats short term goals

Didn't Keam do the same last year and one of the reasons he fell on his sword after 4 or 5 games?

Not a bad game at Emu Park, close all day but the Shoes seem to have the edge for all of it, got killed in the ruck which gave Shoes first touch most of the day.

Not much earlier than when they play on a Saturday morning!! I assume you made a typo Shoe Boy because it actually says 6.00am when of course it should be 6.00pm. No clash with South at Hickinbotham this year so I assume everyone is happy.

Everything we do is dictated by the VFL these days, we are probably expected to program in the eastern seaboard timezone.

Draw at Porties tonight?

Purely from the Q by Q scores looks like Shoes bad kicking cost them in the first half and Porties the same in the 2nd half.

Hear it was a cracker game yesterday and the Reynella lads just know how to get the job done. Aldinga are big improvers this year especially considering the doomsday prophecies surrounding them at the start of the year.

Flaggies too good for the Emu's on Sat, good match for 3 quarters but Flaggies ripped them apart in the last, seem to have a bit harder edge this year, Sam Smith real good up forward and Kirk strong in defence, Emus with a bit of work to do and 6 or so players to come in yet.

Tips for the week

Valleys over Aldinga by 65 points
Brighton over Lonsdale by 100 points
Morphettville Park over Christies by 10 points - will be a tight game. Game of the round.
Flaggies over Hackham by 120 points
Reynella over Marion by 80 points
Morphett Vale over Porties by 70 points
Shoes over Cove by 40 points

A few big margins this week unfortunately. Good luck to all playing this week.
