You'd have to think Head Office would love the prospect of that

As far as I'm aware he has kept out of trouble since being released and I hear training hard. There is nothing wrong with giving a bloke with a history another shot at life. Indeed in my view it's admirable.

Around the courts it's a common view that people in organised sports are far less likely to run foul of the law. The sooner people realise that clubs like Salisbury North provide a valuable service to the community the better.

proved you wrong shrek :)

I'm actually with you on this TBS. In my time as coach I've helped a few lads who fell foul of the law, mostly through brain fades. The footy community was a good place for them to be and certainly helped put them back on track.

Gullies by 56pts over Sharks. Only 1 point in it at the half, but Gullies too strong in second half.

Soooooooooo

D1 was pretty much all upsets, probably bar SN

whats the go with Henley? They had a few retirements last year, yes? Regardless, theyve always had so much depth. Id love to go back and see the last time you saw Henley and Goodwood sitting at the bottom of the table.

I see PNU lost their first game too.

Quick question if the president of a club head butted a player from the opposition who was protecting the umpires how would that play out at headquarters.

Why wouldn't you or your club put a report into the league, rather than drop the president in it, on a social media forum?
That that would be easier, better, and less sneaky, than convicting someone on here.

You'd think the umps that were being defended have reported it anyway. Hardly a conspiracy

Was watching Uni v Pnu yesterday.

I don't like talking about officiating too much, but The bald umpire was terrible. At times laughable with bias towards Uni throughout the game. After the game, this umpire even said to the Blacks coach "see, I told you I'd get you another win haha" - within earshot of quite a few of Pnu people. Banter is banter, but... :-/

Knowing Macca and a few of the Pnu players, they didn't use the umpiring as an excuse, nor were they sore losers. From my perspective Uni can beat anyone on their day and have some excellent midfielders and quality rucks!
In regards to the Pnu president, that type of behaviour isn't tolerated and is piss poor regardless of what happened exactly.

Anyways, Exciting division so far, hard to tip!!

I'm told a president pushed a photographer after he was baited. No investigation and so it can't b that bad(considering uni would ask for an investigation over spilt milk)

Big day in amateur footy this weekend. Having the TTG and PNU game called live. Should be good. With more clubs getting on board it should be a great start to the amateur footy getting some more noise out in the general public. Looking forward to hearing how the boys go.
