Makes the battle for 5th spot and avoiding relegation more interesting now.

Question is - how will they fit into the side and gel over the year without training? Will this be a concern?

They all train. They're committed all come to training together. ;)

TBH that is our biggest issue at the moment - the influx of new players has been great, but they've replaced the older heads who had played together for years. Now we've got a much more talented side but struggling to make it all click. Of the side that lost to WS on the weekend only 12 played in last years flag. Combine that with a completely new coaching team as well and we haven't quite gelled yet.

No excuses, we have to fix it.

Plus D6 continues to surprise me with it's standard. It's so much better than when I played and 15 goals better than D7.

since the U17 GF at Salisbury North V TTG - around 25 years ago i think ? ..... he is a lot older fatter and balder now, will be handy in the A's if he keeps turning down Burgo when he offers to buy him Villie's pies.

This is Mitchell Park mate - good money with us means a few bar vouchers and the hope of winning a $50 Coles card for BoG.

We offer some very small incentives to the right people. The sort of incentives that might get you half a tank of petrol or a pizza on the way home, not the sort of incentives that can replace your full time job.

Off the top of my head I'd say our total match payments would be about $275. In total.

This doesn't include employment opportunities - we've found jobs for a couple, sponsorship deals for subs and sweetheart deals for players that have contributed above and beyond off the field.

So about the same as Houghton ;)

That's a very specific number. It's almost as if you or someone you know has seen my TPPS spreadsheet.
