Heat Beads are the only way to go Spargo.... I'm a traditionalist. Have told Mrs C, its un-Australian to light a weber, and NOT crack a beer!
My missus did a weber a month or so ago and she put the bloody roast in while the jiffy firelighters were still burning lol. You can imagine what the meat tasted like.
Surely this is the man's domain?
