Far out.

How could it be? There is a tinge of green grass in the picture. Mitcham's Price Memorial is nothing but sloppy mud with no grass able to survive

Last played there in 2013. Wasn't a blade of grass on the thing

Admittedly 2013 was a wet winter, ours wasn't much better by the end

It's been rolled, went past today and noticed the council putting dirt over the remaining wet bits

Worst surface I've seen the past 5 years after a drop of rain

Played at Mitcham the other week and didnt think it was too bad at all considering the rain we had that week. Definitley improved from previous seasons!

I'm no weather man but I reckon we'll get more than half an inch tomrrow. It's not 23 degree's in the middle of winter without something pretty decent behind it.

He's lying, he's a bigger authority on the weather than Keith Martyn himself

There you go all week it said Friday 0-8ml and now it's coming out with 6-20ml tomorrow. Lucky the next lot is coming through Sunday because if it was coming through Saturday then Flinders Park, Mitcham and a couple other grounds would have the potential to become absolute train wrecks if they had 40ml drop on them.

hmm, looking at a radar it looks like its past Adelaide. The BOM description did state most of it was going through the Hills and according to the radar thats where it is now. so your kinda wrong LK :D

i doubt we have seen it yet. Today's max is 15 and its 14.2 now. The cloud system spreading from Hobart towards Bali isn't the trouble maker, the system sitting just South of Esperance I'd suggest is the one we need to watch and that will cool things down big time after lunch. Now if it was Nov-Apr the system we have through now would be the concern because of the wet season up North.

Back to you Rob and Creasey!

Yeah it won't show up on BOM until it is about 100km from Pt.Lincoln. But you can kind of get an idea it's got something decent in it as its spitting off small pockets of rain to Esperance. Anything that comes up from the South in a circular motion this time of the year watch out :s
