Mitchell would only be 3 pts as he has played majority
In Bgr at Norwood . All permits should be banned after June 30th.
HFL gave two onkas 17s permits to play under 15s sat , now that is laughable.

Bullish!t. Now I have no idea what's going on with the A grade but U15's is my sons side & you are completely wrong. We had 3 U13's filling in. Who were the 2 players you speak of.

I don't think Mitchell can have a clearance as its after June 30 but he can still get a permit until the end of the year if he hasn't played for a country club this season.
What are the points per club and do finals wins get taken into consideration when assigning points? does it average over 2-3 years? I assume Onkas would have the most points as they've won the last 2 wooden spoons or close to!

I believe it is 17 but correct me if I'm wrong.
Obrian 4
Mitchell 4
Wilson-King 3
Duck 3
Schmidt 3

They should be playing with 13 points, plus the 2 that the HFL gave everyone for some stupid reason that they thought would be fair for all! So I'm
Not sure where they are finding the other 2 points from.

Can't see why they wouldn't be blooding some kids, or at least playing some fringe B Graders for the rest of the season as they aren't going to make finals. Except they play two first gamer$ who wouldn't even know the club song let alone the history of the club over a local lad who busts his arse every week to try get a game.

Onkas going places real fast!!

Exactly my thoughts chop, why waste $500 plus a week on another recruit instead of blooding some juniors, when finals are out of the question. I understand this will mean he is one less point next year, but it just isn't a good look for the club.

I think the Onkas coach is on a 2 year contract so id be surprised if he wasn't interested in building stocks for next year. Plus any pick up will depreciate a point next year.
I'm quietly confident that if Lobethal or Echunga had the chance to add a 6ft3 CHF at anytime of the year they probably wouldn't turn him away! RD are you sure there are no sour grapes slipping in after the 20 goal pasting they gave you on Saturday?

Close but no cigar WOM. Why would the HFC want to go to SAAFL. Surely your informant is pulling your leg. Perhaps they might fill the void left by Rosewater in Div 5

Yep, until last Saturday we were the only club not to have beaten Echunga since they returned to div 1.
Our last premiership was in 94.
Just out of curiosity when was Echungas last non tax payer funded div 1 flag. :D

2014. If what you are referring to is the money that was obtained illegally then you are not very clever. The total was reported as around $1200 that the footy club received. With no knowledge of the illegal activity I might add. Not sure that is enough to buy the flag???
And I would assume that any sponsorship money to any club is tax payers money....... I know the that we donate money and we are all tax payers so shut up and try to retain some decent recruits so that you can have another crack at a flag in stead of talking trash on here!

There will be no further comment on this as we are led to believe a police investigation is under way.

Interesting scores today, Lobey knocked off by the inconsistent Roos and the dorf give the demons an absolute thumping. Hourigan with 11 on his way to a ton fed by Hankin 4 and Jaensch 5 Paul matsen Tripodi dominant in the middle. Blackwood are on the out I'd say.

Quite surprised with the result out at torrens yeaterday, did Blackwood have an off day or tv just too good?
Certainly makes the race for the top 5 interesting, with Blackwood having a tough run home I suspect they might be the unlucky ones to miss out.

Gearing up to be a great run into the finals and the top 5 is not locked, interesting you think Blackwood may miss out Duck, they face in the last 4 games Onkas, Hahndorf, Mt Barker and Lobey. Mt Barker face Echunga, Mt Lofty, Blackwood and Uraidla whilst Lobethal face Ironbank, Echunga, Mt Lofty and Blackwood. The 4th and 5th spots are still anyones and Duck it would appear Blackwood have the hardest run home with on only one potential win earmarked against Onkas, but they are no push over as we have seen in the past few weeks, they could be in strife. But can any of these 3 teams really push the remaining 3? Only time will tell.
