How are people tracking?

Level: 20
Pokedex: 78 (seen 80)
Highest CP: Arcanine 1528

What I've learned
If I had my time over, I wouldn't bother powering up my Pokémon, and would've just collected star dust - as I grow in level, the Pokémon tend to be of higher level also, and it takes forever to get the stardust needed to top them up.

Catch everything and anything - XP and stardust is vital

This weather sucks. Haven't gotten out to play in days. Don't wanna drive around to play, actually enjoy the exercise. But..

Level: 19
Pokedex: 72. Seen 74 (Kangaskhan and Clefairy)
Highest CP: 1540 Arcanine.

Kinda hate how generic Arcanine's are in Go. One of my all time favourite Pokemon though.

Completely agree re Stardust. I've wasted too much early in my game.

Level 15

Pokedex: Caught 75, seen 76 (app froze trying to catch a bellsprout)

top 6: Arcanine 912, Golduck 863, Exeggutor 860, Electabuzz 836, Rapidash 796 and Starmie 792

I don't really battle but did win one out at Eastern Park FC, i still can't figure out how i get into the gym. It told me to put a pokemon in there but no one else could see it for some reason,

I have a distinct lack of water pokemon, need to get to Semaphore to get me some squirtles

Have only seen a pikachu in the nearby bar once, don't think i'll ever get one :(

I hatched one out of the first egg I hatched!

Gave me very unrealistic expectations for further eggs

The longer the distance needed to hatch the better you get I've found. Have hatched a Pikachu and an Electabuzz....

Have 3, 5km eggs on the go at the moment

Bloody Scyther. I caught one on Golden Grove road last Saturday and was hell excited, until i looked at it's CP

Level 27 :?

Same with my Kangaskhan, caught at WGHS - level 89 :(

The most exciting thing I've caught out of a 5km egg, was a starmie and a shellder

Don't stress FC - the higher your level, the higher the CP of Pokémon you catch (and harder they are!). I run into Pokémon with CP 700+ regularly.

Also has anyone seen pokevision.com ? Enter your address and it shows nearby Pokémon exact locations and how long they'll be there for..

I don't have a Scyther or Kangaskhan yet. Would be wrapped to have even a low CP one, just for my Pokedex (up to 81 now)

Think evolutions are completely random too, in terms of cp, and not directly linked to your level as I thought it'd be.

Evolved a 670 Growlithe when I was level 18. It turned into a 1540 Arcanine. Stoked.

Yesterday now I'm level 20. Evolved a 840 Ponyta, thinking with my higher level and it's already high CP, that'd it be really strong. Nup, 1100 Rapidash.

Also evolved a 620 Graveler, thinking that heading into its third and final evolution, that it'd be super strong cos you need 100 Geodude candies to evolve to Golem. Mine is only 880 CP.

Felt ripped off.

I'm finally a gym champion! As at 4pm, my Electabuzz can be seen at the Kentish Hotel gym in North Adelaide.

Fairly safe to say it probably won't be there tomorrow...LOL

Mrs. Creation asked me to take her out for a drive last night, with Pokevision as our guide.

I feel like I should be supporting her new-found habit.

yep. i only found this the other day. claim it every 24 hours? i think, and you get a bigger reward the more pokemon you have in gyms. if you can manage it place pokemon in 2 or 3 gyms and get the reward straight away (dont wait for them to be kicked out) you get free stardust and gold coins. hit the shield icon in the top right corner of the store (at least it is top right on my android)
