The debut EP of Phil Anselmo's new extreme metal band Scour streaming in full.

Not bad at all and the best vocals I've heard from him in a long time.

Currently I'm listening to a fair bit of Cajun music, and banjo - alternating it with Vivaldi Trumpet Concertos, and some classic jazz.

Last night I was at the Willsy and Hans (and Bob Down) musical show at the Adelaide Rep Theatre - a bit of a novelty for me but who can turn down free tickets and a chat with classic characters Peter Goers and Russell Starke during the interval.

(Incidentally, I noticed Julia Gilard was there too - just exchanged nods with her.)
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

Pretty cool that Faith No More are re-uniting with Chuck Mosley for two shows in California this week.

FAITH NO MORE will celebrate the reissue of its landmark debut, "We Care A Lot", by reuniting with its former singer, Chuck Mosley, for two special performances this week:

Aug. 18 - San Francisco, CA - Great American Music Hall
Aug. 20 - West Hollywood, CA - The Troubadour

"We Care A Lot", which was initially released in 1985 and has been out of print for 20 years, sees an August 19 reissue via Bill Gould's Koolarrow Records.

That would've been amazing to see!

I was talking to Chuck on Facebook just before he announced that.

True. Turn it up loud enough, and you can almost hear the clinking of the ice in Richard Burton's scotch glass.

Good choice, FC!

I still watch this every no and then when Pangaea played Boys & Smile on Recovery. I love Boys and still regret getting rid of Freibentos.
