As stupid as it sounds I think there will be more Dogs fans than GWS anyway. With no research at all what is the GWS biggest crowd obviously not a swans game???

They have deserved it

Clarko now complaining about the umpires. Said they only had 3 HTB decisions tonight. despite 104 tackles

But then said they were smashed by 44 in the hard ball gets.

So clarko, im sure you will realise they were just first to the ball and could still move it

Geelong have deserved a home final as well. The MCG is NOT our home ground!

And when you play the likes of Hawthorn on Easter Monday at Geelong instead of "home" at the G you can have your home finals. Cant have it both ways

No not really, the Hawks have certainly come back to the pack. Age is catching up with a couple of them. As REB noted during the week, we were cooked. Fair assessment really. Good luck to the Dogs, like to see them go on now. They would have spent some petrol tickets by the GF if they can get there.

Does however stuff up my GF plans, I've had it down to a fine art theses past few years!

Bont great, Macrae smashed us especially when you consider the output from our wingmen.
No Roughead all year was the key, did well to be at the top at r21.

Nuggety Goodness you're welcome to go your hardest and good luck next week,

The rest of ya can go fornicate with yourselves.

All Sydney GF from here I reckon, hope not my hip pocket could do with a Geelong win

I fully respect the Hawks for their achievements but that was by far absolutely the sweetest win I've seen! Can't fault your team mate, its just nice to be the ones to stop #fourthorn!
2 weeks to go and on form i like our chances. Onwards and upwards and exciting times ahead!

Hope you are right but I think your time will come next year. I think we will be witnessing the start of a new rivalry next week between the Dogs and Giants that should continue for the next 6-8 years.
It has a bit of spice with Ward, Griffen and Boyd involved, who wouldve thought when the Boyd/Griffen trade got done 2 years ago theyd be playing a prelim against each other 2 just 2 years later

Been watching last night's game highlights this morning because I missed most of the game. Geez The Bont is an absolute star, some of the things he does are just magnificent. You really have to enjoy watching him play.

I don't go for any sides but I'm not sure this will dismiss all the great memories Hawks fans have for the last three years.

I would take one choke to have a three peat or nearly a 20 year premiership drought

If you think that is what I am saying you definitely shouldn't be here!
My "adult humour" must be ok considering you feel the need to come into an AFL forum when you have no interest and comment on them. I'm flattered.

Speaking of choking in finals...dogs making a habit of it

http://www.cdfc.com.au/2016/2016-elimination-final-v-adelaide-3rd-september/

"....In spite of the opposition, a worrying trend is the Bulldogs past four exits out of the finals, losing the first semi to North Adelaide in 2012 by 88 points, the following season's elimination final to the Roosters by 62 points, the 2015 preliminary final to West by 52 points, and by 72 points to Adelaide on Saturday."
