Depends on whether its pick 19 or pick 36. The low end of that seems fair

Lade apparently back as an assistant coach, 4 year contract appears a little generous though.

Doubt it

Watching the Port doco on Foxtel, great look behind the scenes but god Kenny talks a lot of crap. Some of his players would fall asleep half way through his sermons

Perhaps you should volunteer to deliver the sermons for him. You obviously know all about motivating AFL players.

In fairness RC the results of Port for 2 years don't exactly reflect an entire playing group who are consistently motivated.

Coud've just played 2015 edition. Same message from Hinkley "play the port adelaide way", "dont work hard enough", "never give up". Clearly the messages are getting through

He's so over the top and false that I doubt the players would take anything he says as gospel.
I think he lost everyone completely when he made the We will never give up ads!

Been saying this for the last two years. Catchphrase Kenny is getting old. Even the media are starting to not buy in to the 'talk'.

I think the game has passed him by to tell the truth. Shame as he's a Geelong champ!
After trying Hinkley and Hocking perhaps they could give Jacko a go next?

Don't want to get into a slanging match, that wasn't my intention nor was it to have a go at PAFC.

Just thought the way he was talking to the players that they would have thought WTF is he saying, I know Tex Walker would have

We obviously only saw a small part but he seemed to repeat the same thing over and over again.

Just my opinion

Still rings true, we have, in '15 and '16 got exactly what we deserve. Much criticism, questions asked and no finals. All of which we deserve. Try again.

I'd think most coaches would be similar when it comes to the daily grind. Sure, they're all different in post match pressers and pregame on field interviews, but I'd think on the Wednesday between round 4 and 5 they'd be all very similar in their approach. Wouldn't be many histrionics in the day to day goings on.
