Port Adelaide 2016

Talk on the national game

Ryder is back so problem solved for 2017 obviously. Wasn't Lobbe tried first but was absolutely useless so then had to use Trengove ??

I'm sure if It didn't cost Port so much to sack Hinkley he'd be gone.

Didn't Dixon kick 30 odd goals this year ??? He's a 30-40 goal a year forward IMHO!! So not sure how much improvement you'll see with him.

I can't see Port improving this year at all tbh.

They need to bottom out before they'll improve IMHO.

No finals this year and the crowds will decrease even further. Predictable times ahead.

I thought their crowds weren't bad this season. Surely Port are passed the days of sub 20K crowds

Why not cos they play an INXS song before there games now ??? The older Adelaide Oval tenancy gets and the longer Port remains uncompetitive crowds are only going to decrease.

History has this weird way of it's repeating itself that way.

Suri, UK fan has unhealthy quite disturbing fascination with crowd sizes. It's very similar to a broken record.

Speaking of records, for the record I certainly think we will improve but, With this being said I don't think we're in the race for the flag.

UK fan saying the above fills me with more confidence as I've forgotten more about football than that spanner will ever know!

Last season was I abused for correctly predicting Ports first sub 30k crowd was imminent.

You can convince yourself all you want tbh. But Let me ask you this Carey . Has an AFL team with Jimmy Toumpas on its list ever competed in a final series ???? :-)

This obsession you have with Port Adelaide - it's unhealthy and a bit sad really.
I really think you should see a doctor (does anyone bulk bill in Davoren Park?) If so, please get some medication before something really bad happens: like Port winning another flag or attracting 40,000 fans again :(

The tumbleweed comment is quite funny for us non Power supporters given all the piss and wind coming from Alberton towards season end about being aggressive this trade period!

We now get 3 picks in the top 30 of this draft, pick 30 is the second rounder we gave Gold Coast for Dixon in '15.

I'm ok with this, we need picks in the draft this year and with none of our fringe players attractive to other clubs we had to trade to get picks high in the draft.
