I like your strategic placement of the word 'good' to accurately describe quantity as opposed to quality.

Chuck him to centre half back and he might be just what we need. I know people love to bag him because of his poor kicking but he is a real competitor, can take a grab and his kicking in general play seems better than his goalkicking. Given our total lack of height down back he could be very useful. Just as long as the deal is that little brother Danny doesn't have to come back to North too.

Agree. I'm not sure I'm sold on the idea of him coming to Prospect, but beggars can't be choosers. If he's nowhere near the goals then he might effectively help plug the gap* in our defense, as rocketeer says.

I'm waiting for the official denial on the website before being confident he's coming to North.

What now for little Johnny? :D
Rookie listed at the Power or off to another SANFL club?
Or return home to Victoria to play for coin?

He has polarised many supporters but he will be missed if he goes home! ;)

Return home to Victoria probably unless there is a bit of cash offered to him.

Seventh on the goal kicking, about 2.3 a game. At least makes a contest. Havelberg at FF Butcher at CHF, Edmead, Jenner, Fort ,Presbury and co for the crumbs or other options, I wouldn't mind that. Quietly confident, he'll come over.

Havelberg hasn't payed any footy for 4-5 years and had a lot of soft tissue issues in his attempted return late this season...

I think the club would take any League football that Havelberg can provide them as a bonus...

I forgot that athletic key position players are a dime-a-dozen, these days...

After much deliberation............ I have come to the conclusion you aren't taking this discussion about 'The Future' seriously. ;)
I said in my opening post it was a serious question :D

How is the Butch going this year at Centrals?
Leant to kick yet? ;)
Is he playing better footy now without the pressures of the AFL.

But seriously, any Central supporters care to elaborate?
