Lucky I brought my guest passes yesterday for the NYE Big Bash game yesterday when the they started selling them

Checked the website today and they're sold out! Apparently they went within 45 mins.

All this after reducing the number of guest passes each member could get this year

Say what you want the BBL is a hit, especially on NYE
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Oh f*ck..... are you serious?
I was suppose to take the missus and kids and friends to this and purchase guess passes.

I know GA tickets will be available but not sure the wife will be happy sitting with the kids out there while I'm drinking piss in the members. :D

50,000 for a domestic game used to take about 5 seasons!

What I don't get is how the 2 game memberships work

Me and my partner have one and will be attending the NYE game.

I rang up asked if I needed to let AO know which two games I would attend thinking they would need to know

Nope I can just rock up at the gate of two games and am 100% guaranteed to at very least get in on general admission

So essentially this means I have a place in the crowd held for me for two games which I won't be attending coz my ticket doesn't allow.

It doesn't seem to make sense surely there has to be a better way

They would be able to guess pretty well how many flexible tickets would rock up on a given night and plan accordingly - happens all the time with the 3 game GA tickets.

Not sure about the cricket, but for the footy its also first in best dressed for the GA tickets. So you would wanna rock up a fair bit before game time

Yup, nothing to do with the fact it's a Wednesday afternoon with people at work/school whatever and the fact that SS games have been traditionally poorly attended since the early 2000's lol
