Why would you have smitty 2nd to bottom? They still have a lot of talent out there.

If Morphy Parks finish bottom I'll walk to China.

Lock for top 5, probably top 2.

Definitely, also hearing from the Haviary that one of their stars could be out of action for a while. Hopefully their 5 gun recruits can cover him. ;)

It's the misconception of the SFL from many Northern clubs. Put 2-3 poor div 6/ upper 7, 2 div 5, 2 div 4, 2 div 3 and 4 upper end div 2/bottom end div 1 teams in the same comp and that's why you get those results. Start of the 2000's it was easily the best comp in the State behind div 1.

I feel having Towns, Gepps, Smithies and Havens all @Aldi hurts the Demons minor premier aspirations, losing both their first and last matches there (in my opinion) which should be enough to get Havens top with the reverse fixture at Largs too. My thoughts are Havens, EP , Morphies, Towns (who will adapt better to the ammo's this season and get some players back from injury which curtailed them last season), CLG, Gepps, Salisbury, Hectorville, Kilburn and Smithes. Expecting the team who ultimately finishes bottom to have at least 3 wins though as the comp is very even!

Yep will be a tough comp this year. Probably stating the obvious but i think each team will have to improve on last year or they will get left behind. Also smithfield are bound to take a few big scalps on there home deck so i dont think they will finish bottom

Definitely going to make things a bit tougher losing our first 4 home games for the year, but I know all the boys are looking forward to the challenge and hopefully using the games at Aldi as a learning curb come finals time! Also with the pre season our new assistant coach has been putting us through, I think we will be in awesome condition come round 1 which will help on the big ground..

Does anyone know where I can find the fixture? Post the link if possible? Cheers

They have always struggled for depth, but are very good when there A grade is up and running, made the SFL GF only 3 years back and presume they still have their ex League players playing?

Why give him the draft when the actual draw is on sporting pulse

Because when I sent the link and checked it, I couldn't get past Round 1 so I changed it back to the draft draw

I'm sure their top end will be the best in the comp.
