Most kids do not drink it anymore (I deal with a lot of kids at times) and these big companies have over priced their water (Pump, Cool Ridge) to the point where people usually take their own drink rather than purchasing one.
Incorrect. Coca Cola Amatil had a 3.5% increase in profit last year. Not all of that came from reducing over heads.
CCA own Mother branded drinks, they distribute Jim Beam and Canadian Club, you think they've stopped selling?
I have noticed the sell price of CCA products has gone up by more than 3.5% lately. That might have something to do with it. I saw cans of Coke selling for $4 the other day.
That's the proprietor getting greedy, not necessarily CCA putting the price up.
Not necessarily greed at play, likely just the pricing model required to stay afloat (obviously could always question their cost base, as with any organisation)
