Australians couldn't care less.

The format is cooked at International level, the players don't get $1.2m for 3 weeks work so they're not interested.

Anywho, why is CA scheduling a T20 series after the footy has kicked off and while our best players are in India? Oh, yes, greed, I forgot about that.

Yep, he's now just too painful to listen to.

He and Tony were painful 20 years ago when they started to be parodies of themselves on the 12th man tapes!!

The only argument I can see for keeping it at international level is it gives the lesser test and associate nations a better chance to compete and grow the cricket in their country ie Afghanistan.

Certainly no need for a separate tour from the 50 over stuff.

This Sri Lanka series feels tacked on to the regular international season. Haven't watched a ball yet and not likely to....

Contractual arrangements with Channel Nine (X amount of broadcast days to fulfill the broadcast agreement). can be considered greed I 'spose.

Death of the tri-series means they have to fill the calendar up with another set of meaningless games - like the one between the two visiting teams used to be!

Oh and were not going despite it being for "free" as a member....

Would much rather see a one off test vs Bangladesh or Zimbabwe than a t20 series.

Or if it has to be t20 bring Afghanistan and Ireland out here

T20 internationals are the biggest waste of time. Even though I reckon t20 in general is a waste.
