You have no standards.

Zartan that would have been one mouthful for you.

And he would still have been able to string a complete sentence together while consuming it..

And that sentence would've been "Bloody hell this is a below average parmi!"

Win win.
Learning how to look after his body and understanding the professionalism involved.
Nice big oval out there, I would not like to be defending him with that space and skill execution from team mates.
Farms will have a very fit young man at their disposal if he misses out on games.
Trial games soon.

BRAHMA LODGE - 2017 Preview[/b]
2016:
Division - D6
Position - 3rd after minor Round
Wins - 13
Lost - 5

OUTS
Michael Hayes (Central United)
Jake Spriggs (Gepps Cross)
Matt Fitzgerald (Mawson Lakes)
David Kreig (Para Hills)
Tyson Lees (Para Hills)
Chris Ryan (Para Hills)
Chad Wilkinson (Pt District)
Luke Nelson (Riverland)
Josh Rees (Riverland)
Josh Sobels (Riverland)

INS
Kaine Arbon (Gepps Cross)
Dan Bowell (Seaton)
Ben Dujmovic (HFL)
Ben Fuller (Central United)
Ben Grose (Riverland)
Nick Hall (Central United)
Phil Hall (Central United)
Travis Krelle (Salisbury North)
Rhys Manning (Hope Valley)
Brent Marshall (WAAFL)
Darrell McIntyre (Salisbury West)
Ryan Richter (Portland)
Dean Steele (Whyalla FL)
Nathan Wright (Salisbury North)

After a reasonably successful 2016, which saw a vast improvement from the season previous, Brahma Lodge have led discussions for most of the off season. Rumours circulated of player exodus, but a view of the clearance window shows only 3x genuine A graders have left the club so far, whilst they've continued to add to their stocks.

The loss of spearhead Aloisi, whose reported not to be playing this season (at this stage), has been offset by the recruitment of Hall (CU) and McIntyre (SW). These changes may prove a blessing, as more avenues to goal are opened up for the Tigers and become less predictable moving inside 50.

If one Dene Steele was dangerous enough, a second (Dean) has been added to the mix. Along with Brooks, Savage, Cosenza and the introduction of Wright (SN), Brahma look very dangerous across the middle 3rd.

Plenty of players who can break lines with penetrating kicks and run out of the back 3rd, should see the Tigers be a very difficult opponent to play on their smaller home ground. Hickey, Grgurovic and Denengelse will need to receive closer attention from their opponents.

Prediction: After building for the past two seasons, the Tigers look cherry ripe to take the next step this season, and the premiership window is well and truly open. Can money buy happiness? Anything less than a Grand Final may be an underachievement for the Tiger$.

Ryan Richter played Div1 for Broadview and some State footy. Fitness freak. He will provide some good run off half back or on the wing

ELIZABETH- 2017 Preview
2016:
Division - D5
Position - 10th after minor Round
Wins - 3
Lost - 15

OUTS
Sean O'Loughlin (APFL)
Darian Ryles (APFL)
Blake Duregon (BL&GFL)
Chris Maddocks (Eastern Park)
Mitch McIver (HFL)
Matthew Harris (Para Hills)

INS
Darryl Cotter (Fitzroy)

Dylan Edwards (SMOSH West Lakes)
Daniel Glenie (Salisbury West)
Lee Makris (Fitzroy)
Dylan Maslen (BL&GFL)
Ryan Pursche (Salsibury West)
Damien Quirk (BL&GFL)
Austin Reeves (Kilburn)
Jason Sanderson (Salisbury West)
Aron Schlink (North Haven)
Kris Todd (YPFL)

Disappointing 2016 in the A grade for the young Eagles sees them return to a division they've traditionally been successful in. The return of Cotter to full forward will give the Eagles a much needed experienced target and goal kicking option to support Shephard who played a lone hand last season.

If nothing else, their recruits will add experience and depth to their B and C grade stocks, but have A grade experience and will slot in well to this div.

A young group, with massive numbers so far on the track, high hopes heading into 2017 - Elizabeth are definitely a side to watch out for. Greenshields continues to work tirelessly, and they'll need big seasons out of James, Hann and Stephenson to really challenge the top sides.

Prediction: The Eagles will surprise a few sides this season, but with the gap between D5 and D6 being the closest it has in some time, the improvement will need to be significant to push for premiership claims. A top 5 birth however looks almost a certainty, but will be amongst a swag of sides closely fighting for position between the 3rd to 6th spot.

Corey Widdison (West Croydon)

Where to start with the Roys! Depth lacked last season through the B grade, then with the loss of Wheadon, Cotter, Nelson, Makris initial thoughts would be they'd drop further off the pace. However the reintroduction of a C grade, and recruiting half of South Australia comfortably offsets those they have lost.

A swag of recruits from D5 finals side Glenunga including Bourke, Roberts, Nurton and Scicluna will prove very potent, and if they can convince Sam Haniford to play 1's then they look every bit a premiership side.

The question will be around how many of their recruits play at the top, how many play in the C grade, and where the depth lies in the B grade. Start the season poorly and it could go south rapidly, start well and a juggernaut may well appear.

Prediction: You cant recruit this many players, and good players and not have a significant impact. Cotter out, Bourke in and goal output is doubled. Will improve greatly on last season, and finals aside, should be pressing claims for a top 3 finish. Potential Grand Finalists if the players can gel, could prove very difficult to beat.

Recorded a 29% increase in underlying Net Profit after Tax from last year.
Free cash flow breakeven per barrel down by 25%
Generated US$370m positive cash flow over the last 8 months of 2016.

I'm kicking goals - blame other core assets in our portfolio for the poor ASX price i.e. GLNG  8)

HOUGHTON DISTRICTS- 2017 Preview
2016:
Division - D6
Position - 7th after minor Round
Wins - 6
Lost - 12

OUTS
Jason Dolan (Pooraka)
Brad Pittaway (Mid West FL)
Ben Reschke (Northern Areas FA)
Jack Thiel (Adel Lutheran)
Wade Vandermoer (Pooraka)

INS
Jason Almond (TTG)
Tim Camilleri (BL&GFA)
Matt Cluse (Modbury)
Brad Klaebe (TTG)
Blake Hargraves (TTG)
Dan Klaebe (TTG)
Adam Molloy (Walkerville)
Sean Prochazka (PNU)
Jay Rycroft (Hope Valley)
Jordan Salerno (Modbury)

Return to Division 6 in 2016 saw the Raiders not only do enough to avoid relegation and stay up, but fell one win short of an unexpected finals berth. Underrated for most of the season, and impacted by constant injuries, the Raiders were still able to show their competitiveness at times and picked up more than handy victories.

Apart from Fitzroy, Houghton could be the real big improver in 2017. New coaches, new direction, renewed enthusiasm the Raiders will be up and about for a big season. Their talent is there at the top, but the depth falls away viciously through the B grade. Will need to keep their "A Graders" fit for the most part of the season if they're to truly challenge.

Houghton have offset the loss of serial pest Dolan with one of equal standing in Molloy. The major out for mountain men is that of Vandermoer back to Pooraka, but welcome Daniel Klaebe to the mix.

Still plenty of dangerous players amongst this squad, will be looking for a big season out of Bray and Roling up forward if they're going to kick scores capable of taking the points. Always more difficult to play on their own ground, they'll fancy themselves in more of those fixtures than not.

Prediction: Depth and leg speed will prove the biggest concern for Houghton, particularly later in the season. This may impact their finals chances - but i expect them to figure mid table none the less. Finals berth is not out of the question.

INGLE FARM- 2017 Preview
2016:
Division - D6
Position - 4th after minor Round
Wins - 13
Lost - 5

OUTS
Paul Cree (Para Hills)
Ian Pryor (Para Hills)
Peter Verigan (NTFL)
Luke Goodman (Kilburn)
Wade Matthews (SANFL)
Aaron Stoker (Kilburn)

INS
Darnell Chantrelle (Para Hills)
Dion Coomblas (Greenacres)
Tyson Dolby (Gepps Cross)
Steven Gannell (Yarra Ranges)
Grae Grant (KNTFL)
Ryan Heusler (St Pauls)
Kevin Maloney-Verigan (Para Hills)
Jakob McAuliffe-Megson (Gepps Cross)
Luke McCormick-Smith (Gepps Cross)
Lachlan Sandercock (TTG)
Cassius Stuart (Spencer Gulf FL)
Brad Wills (Mawson Lakes)

Knowing plenty read the forums, i'll go hard at the Farmers. Flew out the blocks in 2016 with a good mix of players - the talent was certainly there, and helped themselves to 13 wins along the way - 7x more than 5th placed TOS. It counted for nothing in the end, as the Farmers were bundled out in heart breaking fashion in the elimination final.

Fitness and execution appeared the biggest flaws in the Ingle Farm outfit, as they were over run on a number of occasions late in the year. They'll be looking to rectify that concern this year, and put doubts of fitness behind them.

Pryor, Verigan, Matthews the main outs who were consistent performers last year, whilst they welcome back Steve Gannell to the ruck and the inclusion of Grae Grant to replace Cree up forward. Have picked up a bit of youth, with Ingle Farm juniors returning to the club, which hopefully will help.

Depth hasn't been an issue at the Farm the past couple of seasons, but continuity and consistency in sides has been.

Prediction: Once again the talent is there, the premiership window though is shrinking and the Farmers need to strike while it's open. Expect them to follow in a similar vein to last year, and will be prove difficult to beat over the minor round. Expect them to feature in finals, could finish anywhere in the 5 though - should be eyeing off a double chance at a minimum, but a lot of work required to turn that into reality.

MAWSON LAKES - 2017 Preview
2016:
Division - D6
Position - 8th after minor Round
Wins - 5
Lost - 13

OUTS
Matt Baddack (Hampden)
Andy Carr (West Croydon)
Daniel Covino (BOS)
Jacob Davison (Para Hills)
Adam Glass (Woodville South)
Jay Pointon (Para Hills)
Shaun Rae (Para Hills)
Matt Ralph (Para Hills)
Wealth Thach (Para Hills)
Brad Wills (Ingle Farm)

INS
Callum Armstrong (Eastern Park)
Adam Buying (Big Rivers FL)
Elliott Duncan (WAAFL)
Brad Fitzgerald (Rosewater)
Matt Fitzgerald (Brahma Lodge)
Jonathon Jolly (Salisbury)
Brenton Reidy (RFL)
Corey Sharer (APFL)
Jamie Speck (APFL)

Percentage saved the Mozzies in 2016 from relegation, and with Andy Carr moving on, and Nathan McCammon still recovering from a knee injury, 2017 is shaping up as a difficult one.

Mawson Lakes welcome back Brenton Reidy and Callum Armstrong to the club, and Brad & Matt Fitzgerald should help aid the depth.

Still a talented core group remains with Delbridge, Kennett, Ung and King but they'll be looking for more from other established A graders to share the brunt of the load, if they're to be competitive.

Prediction: Hard to see Mawson Lakes impacting Division 6 this season, however underestimate them at your peril. Averaged 88 points against last season, their defense was greater than sides above and not far off that of Brahma Lodge and Ingle Farm. If they can continue to shut sides out of the game, and find more avenues to goal then they will win games many expect them to lose. They'll shape the 5, but I think will find themselves in the bottom half.
