Have an appointment with the Grange Golf Club Friday at 3pm as a possible venue, Its actually very reasonably priced as well.

Anything under about 1000k's isn't really "demo", IMO anyway. They have to have some k's on there. When I brought mine it had 2500 k's on it, that's a demo model, I got around $1500 off it, as well as some other sweeteners. "New" it was a bit over $45k.
However, if you're buying new, play the bastard like a fiddle, it's such a competitive market they'll find you a couple of grand on the total package.
