Any truth to the rumour that after Barker got out Saturday to leave South at 3/65 chasing 87 he was heard to say in response to the send off he got that at least they will be playing this weekend?? He was probably justified in saying that but its bloody funny stuff when they proceeded to lose 7/2 to be all out for 76.
Probably a very good lesson learnt not to count the chickens, anything can happen in finals, pressure does that. You'd think a club playing in just their 2nd finals campaign since joining the BLCA might be a little less confident.
Not to mention its buggered up my tips, thats the most disappointing thing ;)

That is gold, you can't buy experience.

Anyone know why Dom Costanzo didn't bat in the first dig?

They don't allow that rule in the PDCA for finals, only regular season games, I like it that way though.

Rule was initially brought in for the footy guys who have trials on the Saturday or Sunday especially SANFL trials

Rumour I have heard is that Bain is heading back over to England.... If that is the case may bring Angaston well and truly back to the pack.

That certainly would bring them back to the pack!

South got a coach yet? I have heard many rumours about talking with players within the competition but I have heard nothing?

Has Angaston & Sandy Creek reappointed coaches from last season?

Footy season it is but any talk about recruits or retirements?
