yeah i dont have an issue with it either, happens all the time in other sports. im sure it will be made a big deal of though

Dunno, I reckon it's a bit embarrassing. I think the inference behind that banner message was that Port is the better side, therefore it deserves to win the Showdown.

But if they lose, they can say (as RC rightly points out) that 'well, we got what we deserved, we weren't good enough.' But you can't tell me that that message was the club/cheer squad's intention before such a massive home game.
