18, 17 and 20 goals aint too bad!
Agree with REB about the Harry experiment, we've completely turned around our forward entry efficiency since hes been up there.

Anyway expect them to lose to Hawthorn as Im going.

Wow ok I hadn't realized you'd kicked that many .. was probably too focused on how many Melbourne missed on the weekend. Happy to retract the above comments lol

I'm starting to get won over by the Harry experiment as Tom isn't getting double or triple teamed and there is more space for guys like Menz to kick goals. Our rucks are still a worry as Smith is a fair way down the pecking order but I think we go top four this year. Have a look at Sydney and Hawthorn...we were up with them but we aren't down with them. At the moment anyway.

Im still not sold on it, it basically takes Harry out of the game and use him as a decoy. He had no direct impact on the game on the weekend.

Top four certainly seems to have been thrown wide open given the form of Sydney and hawthorn.

most of us had them around the eight, and they are looking nowhere near that.

Early days I know, but seems like GWS and the Crows could fill the top two, but after that who knows. The dogs and west coast are most likely but Geelong, Port, Richmond all seem like they could do it

Especially if we can keep winning until we get our first Cat Park gig. Only Sydney stopped us last year. Adelaide the big threat obviously.

Seriously if we think the Crows are going to trouble us then we have no hope, they aren't that good and neither are we, just yet.

I can see both the +/- on the Harry experiment.
However, I do feel that he is better placed using his left leg coming out of the defensive 50 and hitting up Danger through the middle than being up forward. He looks lost.
I think I'd rather chuck Blixy or Smith down there as both have more goal sense.

Blitz was sensational on Saturday, my jury has always been out on him even after he won a club championship but he was so good last weekend especially when Melbourne were threatening to dominate. Another experiment that has worked.

Menzel is a freak after what he's been through, so proud of my cousins son.
I didn't think Parfitt was up to league standard yet but thank christ Chris Scott saw more in him than I did, he was also great and I was wrong there.

Just had a look at the draw
Given the issues of poor form around some teams, there are only now 2 questionable ames.
Both away games
Crows and GWS
Outside of that we should win the othee matches

Yeah, a bit early yet. Got a pretty thin list which has been evidenced by the youngsters playing. Recruits are no no well though, Tuohy has been fantastic and Black looked good in his first game.
