I'm a follower of the HFL.
But have heard of one of the clubs here in the 2nd division recruiting a Jamar from this league, any relation to The AFL Jamar?
And how does he go?

Hi Not sure if related in any way to AFL Jamar but the Jamar from BLG is ruckman who played with Gawler Centrals who have finished near top of ladder last couple of seasons . He competes pretty strongly

Tea Tree Gully accounted for Gawler Central pretty easily. Gawler Central didn't have a decent ruckman and were disfunctional in their forward line.

Who have TTG lost since last season besides Cockshell, Hand, Sandery, Cochrane etc?

They didn't have anyone on the scoreboard. Scores were pretty even at qtr time, but TTG would have won by 12-13 goals in the end. TTG have lost a few from last year - Cockshell, Hand, Sandery, Cochrane, Golding, McWaters, Flynn, Min, Elphick and Gruber. Despite losing these players they won't be far off the same standard as last year....maybe even better. They have picked up a few - Persinos and Huggard and they also have Dylan Schoenmakers and Jon Birkin available for the whole season. Their midfield runs really deep

9.22 to 7.12 going by the scoreboard. Mallala definitely handled the blustery conditions better
