Radio stream worked for me on Android but couldn't get it to work on an iphone...lucky no one has one of those!

When I did get to listen commentators knew none of the players.... "And the North player kicks long and the players kicks a goal for North"....FFS...

From what I heard i thought Big PHIL was great but the other commentator didn't have a clue who any of the players were making it a bit cringe worthy at times

I tried the live audio at the game, but it was about 30 secs behind. No use at all.

I'll challenge you on that statement, Paul.

I pride myself of player recognition and don't recall getting too many wrong or doubting myself today.

Just watched quite a bit of the replay from today, the video is great and you can move quickly and easily to different parts of the game with no buffering. I thought the commentary of Big Phil and Doug Oakley was good. Best $30 I've ever spent, well done SANFL!
Saves me from having to go to Alberton Next Week too.

Had only minor issues listening to the stream through my iPhone of the North Centrals game. Also listened to some of the Norwood Port game through the radio stream on the website with no issues.

Personally from a listening point of view there were a fair few occasions where Doug was trying to bumble his way through which player had a set shot, I think it would have been easier on the listener if Big PHIL (who clearly knew the players) butted in and said who the player was. I know it's not always nice to do to a colleague but far to often Doug was struggling with the players.

Also thought Big PHIL did a great job of not showing his Centrals bias throughout the call, was very professional considering we all know his a mad dogs fan

Agree on all counts. Watched the entire stream and enjoyed the coverage thoroughly. Old Dougy struggled at times but it was better than nothing at all.

Agree with above, with radio its not always straight forward to tell who the commentator is any any specific time so if the performance of one is below par then it drags the whole team down.
