Still is pretty ordinary by foot but geez he wins the ball effortlessly

His marking ability and courage in the marking contest is ridiculous

As hard at the ball as any and is a brilliant tackler

Can play as a mid yet would make a great chf and could probs play

His one of the few reasons I still enjoy watching a game of Aussie rules

Agree with all that but he has to tidy up his kicking. Has missed several targets by a bit and still gets the yips in front of goals. A player of his quality shouldn't miss 30m as often as he does

Giants v Port, Intriguing first quarter. Ports defence have been under the pump (18 inside 50s for GWS) but Port have held up well. And Port have been very efficient when they've gone indside 50, eight inside 50s for 4.2.26.

The Giants look dangerous but if Port hang in there they're a real chance.

Mike Sheehan interviewed kouta during the week on open Mike and said that Fyfe reminds him of kouta. Hadn't thought about that before but it's probably a pretty decent comparison

Have been thrilled with our endeavour and ability to hang tough.

Both sides have had momentum swings. GWS have been able to expose our lack of height, we have managed to get them for pace out the back.

Come on Port!!

Yep Port have hung in there and been tough in these first three quarters. You mention the endeavour, haven't seen this level of endeavour from the Power in the past few seasons. Giants ahead on almost all of the stats but Port obviously ahead in the most important stat. Nice goal by Westhoff late in that quarter.

Ryder's brain fade last week has ultimately cost us here.
