I heard it was a bit of an arm wrestle DT when I caught up with the lads on Saturday night.

I was much pleased with our 2's digging deep after being outplayed for much of the game to hit the front with a minute to play. Our first win in the 2's against CBC in our short history as well.

2 big games coming up for pooraka this week will be looking to bounce back in the As and hopefully get the points

And in the Bs top of the ladder clash

Should be a great day of footy

If Pooraka drop this game, and depending on results potentially slip 2 games outside the 5, it'll make for a huge round next week vs Hope Valley!

Hey Zed. Haven't seen any comments of last weekends game. Can you give a bit of a match report? Would have thought you guys would have gotten up over Woody South.

to quote the great greg popovich:

"We lost, they won and they played better"

cats have been competitive in every game in 2017 and adam said it was the best they had played all year by a mile..kudos to them..kicking only 1 point with the breeze in the last quarter obviously sealed our fate..we lick our wounds, of which there is plenty, and try to respond this week versus rosies..

Zedman, you better watch out for #9 from Rosewater on the weekend, he has been in the top 3 players the last few weeks.

Your a's were far to good for too long today Robb.

Your b's just stayed in font all day in what was a pretty good game of footy.

I'm pleased to still be involved with our b grade as we've really turned a corner this year with a lot of hard work over summer and with some good players also coming into the squad. We've struggled for numbers and quality since '08, it's been some long years.
