Dutchy, why the delete? Are you a mate of the Coach, nothing controversial in what was said.. Fact is he behaved like a bogan not in a way one would expect of a coach let alone a senior coach in front of sponsors, supporters players.

Be interesting to see if the club has the gumption to take affirmative action??

The man of the moment it seems, Took u/21 association training last night, did a pretty good job of it considering the oval was cut up for irrigation replacement from what I saw.
My lad said he enjoyed it and coach certainly didn't come across as a DH fatherson! isn't he a life member at your club?.

picks this week;

Some cracker games on paper;
Reynella vs Porties - Wineys 2-4 goal, Vick got the youngsters up and going.
Aldinga vs Happy Valley - real close toss of a coin. ill go Sharks at home by a kick. two young sides should be some good quick footy.
Emus v Cobras - Wow, big week at post code 5158 who knows which cobra outfit will come out. - Emus either just or by plenty.
Shoes v Flaggy's - Match of the round - Shoes look to be clicking into gear, but sure Flaggys will be up for it. Shoes by 3 goal.
Lions v Rams - Lions to get off the duck in a big way 12 goal+

Enjoy the footy all.

I reckon it's a case of let it go.
The Cove Football Club is behind JC and what he and the coaching panel are trying to do at the club. Many new players take time to gel. Big win against last years premiers and a disappointing result in the end against a well drilled team. The club is focussed on this weeks match ups. Everything else from people away from the club is white noise

I think you will find turbo the issue is about booze and being extremely rude to club stalwarts.. You know the people who founded the club (when you were still in nappies..) people who have kept the club afloat, pump money into the club over many years.

Just little issues It would appear these issues are carried around by the coach from club to club..

If you think he is doing it right you had better study some football, the game plan is C**P.. Anyone who thinks chipping on Cove oval is a good idea has rocks between the ears.

If so good why does the football director/VP feel the need to spray the players on the Oval after a defeat in front of everybody.. Those things are better behind closed doors.

Time will tell whether the players follow or lose interest..

Do tell how the committee behind the Coach is going now?? No doubt the 'Fat Controller' football director/VP will support the coach as he thinks for him.

Pity you miss the point about club stalwarts and finance people leaving because of the atrocious treatment..

Thanks for your concern. Organise a meeting with the hierarchy and speak about it in person. If not once again refer to the first sentence in my original post.

Wasn't able to get to Aldinga game today but not surprised with the score. Got some young kids coming through that need game time but are not A grade standard.

Good on the Sharks - come along way from the Crawford days
