boom recruit isnt "wrong" as such..you could use either terms..

A boom recruit is one that is (expected to be) the very opposite of a bust.

There is an ongoing theme at Parks with a particular player who always spelled disgrace as discrace.

Now if there is a call of "that's a race of discs!" we know its not a good thing.
