Or bugger off to another location and do what we did. Not move in on someone else's hard work!
We use the hard wicket for OUR juniors.
They've had 25 odd years to organise another turf deck.
Great way to foster a good relationship with an important community club in their zone.
Bully boy tactics never win.

YOUR juniors don't play on Saturday afternoons when Southerns would need it

You'd actually end up getting another turf ground for your juniors to play on that someone else would pay for. Sweet deal for your club and the school.

The school would use it Saturday afternoons I presume?

No, they only play Saturday mornings. They don't play in the major college 1st XI competition on Saturday afternoons
This is Tony Clifton! A name to respect! A name to fear!

Any news on Penfield CC for Season 2017/18 and beyond? I heard that they had their AGM last night to discuss the future of the club.

What do we think this means? A stay of execution for Wood Rech in A2? Or does the third place A3 team come up and Wood Rech still goes down with Modbury?
