Norwood - red Guernsey, white numbers, white shorts, red socks. They look like North Adelaide.

I couldn't be at the game today, Sundays often don't quite work for a family man, but drove by the oval. I am guessing a crowd of above 3,250 based purely on a view of the ground from the street at the northern end.
Anyone heard a crowd figure?

Final Score as Above

I was very worried about this game, we had to win it to keep our season alive, did it easily in the end.

20 disposals in the first half

Keeps this up and he'll earn himself a place in the Magpies league side.

S Summerton 27 kicks 9 Handballs 36 Disposals 10 mark. These figures suggest he is ball hungry. Not enough handballs. Needs to play more B Grade until he becomes more team orientated.

SA 8.12
NWD 10.8

Goal Kickers: R. Newell 3, R. Barnes, S. Overall, A. Davis, N. Schwarz, J. Mc Mahon
Best Players: N. Liddle, M. Rose, X. Gotch, R. Newell, J. Haines

Fairly insipid performance for 3 terms before a 5 goal burst in the final term proved a bit of tease. Indirect ball movement devoid of any confidence and fluency the story of the day. Cant kick a winning score. With the ressies again winning by a decent margin it's time for a few more changes.

Pitiful effort but South today. Embarrassing at times.

We seem to be second guessing ourselves and have lost confidence. Some players efforts today were pretty insipid.
We were also soft at times.

I would be making a few changes and blooding some ressies through.

Pretty angry with that effort today.

Some of our skills are quite ordinary

Handball to the feet of your teammate when under no pressure at all

Dropping easy marks

Certainly a few there that need a run in the 2's

Crowd at Unley was definitely less than the Norwood game, so the guess of 3250 is probably around the mark.
Great win today and great tackling. Port Power's depth would have to be questioned a bit if they don't have injuries and can't play their captain and still lose.

They are actually weaker playing 21 AFL listed players than if they have 1 or 2 top ups. The unco teenages that make up the last couple of spots are nothing compared to having guys like Summerton and Sharrad in there side.
