Are you for real. I agree that the cat owners are at fault for letting their cat roam but there is absolutely no excuses for shooting it with arrows. That c@nt got off lightly.
I have two cats that aren't allowed outside. I worry about the cats that roam our street, and don't like that they kill birds, etc.
BUT, if my cat got out, and someone shot him I'd hunt the c**t down.
If a dog got out and wandered onto your property, would you think it was acceptable to shoot it?

Love HK but they are the worst. Some will follow you for miles. My Mrs finds it funny because no one hassles her on the street but I get hounded by the pricks.
Watch out for the dodgey buggers with the lucky free scratchies aswell

Bruce Jenner doesn't live inside but it's never found outside our perimeter, I think everyone in our street owns a cat.
