I met my missus on Tinder. Tinder is an app which specialises on providing matches based on your location and social media profile.

Data. In other words.

C'mon man, you don't have to marry someone who lives in the same suburb.
Venture outside mate.

My missus lived in Medindie, nowhere near where I live. It matched her because i was swiping right at a Port game at AO one day.

Trump was elected for two reasons:

1. Globalisation has created a large proportion of disaffected workers
2. Big data manipulation of social media

What information you consume is specifically created and designed, just for you, to get you to make decisions very clever people want you to.

I thought Port were serious about this season and aiming to play finals...... obviously I was wrong.

Anyway, back to the footy.

I suspect Gus has been bought into the side specifically to target one of Smith or Laird.

Obviously it has been well documented that a Sloane tag gives you a decent chance of rolling Adelaide (was the Showdown medallist in R3), but Smith (23D @ 78%, 3 R50's, 6 I50's, 5 score involvements) and Laird (25D @ 72%, 5 R50's, 2 I 50's) were chief architects in their movement from the back half. Shut out Sloane, Smith (much more lethal by foot), and hope the conditions limit the effect of their talls, and Port have a decent chance of coming away with the points.

As has been the case for Showdowns over the last 2 years in particular, the game will be won and lost in the midfield. Still picking the Crows, but it will be tighter than some people think.
