Crows to lose to Geelong or Richmond. Loser of that goes out in straight sets. Sydney gets cleaned up at the Oval.

The week off advantages Sydney the most I reckon. Home last weekend, weekend off, home the weekend after on the back of a long run after being 0-6 and get Essendon week 1. My money ( literally ) is on them and I'd be surprised if anyone other than Sydney or Adelaide wins it.

At their best I think I the crows and Sydney are the two best teams in it. But as last year showed, funny things happen. Especially when one of the better teams this year isn't in the top four

Richmond are the ones, I think, capable of causing an "upset" although finishing 3rd, half a game off top after losing to the Bulldogs by 5 points, by 2 to Fremantle after the siren the week after that and then the Giants by 3 the week after means they are as genuine as anyone.

Mundy misses that after the siren shot and Richmond would have been top. Would have, could have etc. Same for GWS with two draws in two weeks.

Doubtful. Only with GWS in it he'd be happy

Got a dirty feeling Richmond might do it. Can't see Geelong keeping pace with them all night, and then they'll likely get GWS or Port at the MCG.

Reckon GWS might pull some kind of left-field move to bolster their forward line with a bit of pace - Talking Footy showed Steve Johnson last night after the Geelong game, and he'll be left out for the finals - but I don't know what that move might be.
