Yeo's second half of the year was also average

I agree. Not so much average, but struggling to shake off tags and he copped injuries during games that slowed him down and cost him a few as well. As far as I am concerned he has taken Mitch Duncan's spot. He has had a massive year but because he is not Dangerwood he's flown under the radar. He really reminds me of Joel Corey in the way he plays so every Cat should be happy with that.

I don't know if they'd "feel good" about having hundreds of injections of an unknown substance in them, but each to their own. ;)

Was this your predicted team Booney? Interesting you have Selwood in the starting team and Kennedy on the bench yet you find it truly baffling that Selwood got in before Kennedy?

Still cant work out how Selwood's 16 games was better output than Josh Kennedy this year..

Anyone else in the comp has similar output, and they don't even rate a mention in the 40 man squad

Look at Clayton Olivers year, massive year, didn't even make the 40

The biggest difference is frees for. Kennedy less than one per game and Selwood 3.4 per game. Special.

No I think Ryder and Hurley were super. Hibberd was good but I'm sick of hearing 'metres gained' as a justification for him being selected.

I just look forward to reading about how brilliantly these hard done by bombers/ex-bombers have responded... should fill in this ridiculous week off nicely.

The R is SWARM stands for ruck, its the safooty weighted averaged ruck metric. So we will need to think of another acronym.

Kennedy averaged 3 more disposals a game, which isn't much, but when you factor in Selwood's 3 more Frees For (which correlate into a disposal - that one is for you benny!) then it's actually more like 6 more disposals for Kennedy - about 20%. Everything else is reasonably similar or statistically not that significant.

If you have two midfielders that are pretty same-same, but one gets his own pill 20% more than the other, then it's probably fair that people are aghast.

I'm also pretty sure that a free kick counts as a hard ball get or contested possession boosting those figures for Selwood
