Dangerfield on Talking Footy, is it just me or is there a bit of Jarrod "Toadfish" Rebecchi about him

They are recruiting for a flag..

But as BC says our ladder position has reflected the lack of depth in the comp.

If we don't get a flag before 2019 - when Scotts contract runs out.....then we are a chance of completely bottoming out.

Well we've lost the best underrated defender in the comp and Mackie. Had a good year too despite what anyone else thinks. I think if we go down the quick maybe flag path we need to put stanley back. He's quick and hes done it before at saints. Blood him up now. He's got pace and if harry and hendo can take him under the wing who knows
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Mackie had a few good games but he is clearly cooked and has been for about two seasons. I think what we need is speed around the ground. The modern game revolves around forcing scores from turnovers and both way running and I think we don't do this as well as some other sides. A bit of leg speed and a tactical tweak and we will challenge again.

Agreed, it was about time he did something and hopefully another club falls into the trap and gives the cats something decent in return.

Yeah I dont think Motlop being Geelongs 9th best player in his best game of the year in our only finals win which we won by almost 10 goals can be described as single handedly keeping us in the finals race.
I think the euphoria of the week is getting to your head!
