2017 Off-Season

Talk on the national game

Just spoke to a mate who's really good friends with Trengove and Impey. Apparently Impey has an offer from the Dogs and also the Hawks. JT hoping he'll sign with the Dogs, but looks more likely to take the Hawks offer.

As a sidenote this person explained some of the things JT has done to help Impey out. Sounds like Trengove is a seriously quality bloke.

Plenty of instances to demonstrate the quality of Trengove's character, what he did for Impey is just one of many.

Unfortunately Benny, majority of Port Supporters are too worried about what the Crows are doing instead of just worrying about there own team! It's an inferiority complex that will stick around for a while longer! Little brother big brother type set up!

Yep. If his football ability matched his character he'd be Wayne Carey.

It's a strange obsession...so much so that they forget to actually support their own team, especially in finals.

With all the players touted to be moving clubs it might be easier to talk about the ones that are staying put.

Very good friends with boxer Anthony Caruso too. I think he's also been a supporter of Impey in that respect.

I'd be happy to have him. The bloke can play and if he gets to a club with a great culture, that could be just what he needs.

So he was clearly pushed by the hawks to retire
