Interesting to hear the reasoning behind Lever being advised not to attend the BnF. Apparently Lever blatantly disregarded certain procedures and protocols of the club over the last week since announcing his departure and the club told him from this not to bother rocking up...

Think he's pissed a few ex-teammates off from what I've heard. Regardless (imho only) still a bad look for the club to withdraw their invitation. If he chose not to go then no issue, but to not have the right to go isn't good for mine.

But if he was a no show for exit meetings, busted dumping club branded stuff at a rubbish dump and I'm sure other things why would you want him there? Clearly burnt many bridges...

Yeah mate Im not saying he hasn't done a few things wrong, and he's clearly rubbed people the wrong way, but I still think it's a bad look because he served them for the season.

Twitter: crows demand lever not attend bnf and lever wanted to go
Likely reality: lever didn't want to go, crows didn't want him to go. Mutual decision made.

"Likely reality"

So for all your " the club didn't tell him to not go" you don't actually know anything either way and it's just blind club backing on your behalf?

Cameron certainly not in the best 10 this season, too inconsistent

Lever missed 5 games with injury but would have been top 10 if he played in those games

So what you're saying is, Cameron legitimately not in top 10, but Crows demanding first round pick for him. Seems legit.

Lever legitimately not in top ten, despite playing 20 games, and Crows demanding two first round picks for him. Seems legit.
